Terms and Conditions:

  1. This competition is open to all female residents in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble and its associated companies, their families, agents and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion.

  2. To enter answer the questions on www.maxfactorbeautyscoop.co.uk/register and submit with two current photographs of yourself (one head & shoulders and one fully body). Closing date is March 16, 2009. Up to 25 entries will be selected by a judging panel and notified by March 19 2009 to attend an in-person casting call with Max Factor and Programme Producer and Director. This will be held in Central London between March 23-31, 2009. Travel expenses are not included. The final selected winner will be notified after this casting session via telephone or email by April 2, 2009. The criteria for selection will be based on:

    • The applicant fitting with the objectives of Max Factor's makeover programme
    • The applicant's suitability for full makeover including hair, face, cosmetics, fashion
    • The applicant displaying a true and unique desire to participate in the makeover
    • The applicant displaying a love of beauty products

  3. The prize is to feature in a make-over style TV programme, which will be broadcast as a branded advertisement on television and the internet.

    • The TV programme will consist of the selected applicant being 'made over' by a professional makeup artist, hair stylist, skincare expert, and fashion stylist. Applicants must be willing to receive these treatments, which may include changes to their skin treatment, cosmetics regime, hairstyle and hair colour. Applicants should not have any allergies to skincare, cosmetics, or hair dyes.
    • The TV programme will be filmed on or around week commencing 13th April 2009. The winner must be available on the selected day for a full 12 hour shoot. If the winner cannot be available at this time, then another winner will be selected. In advance of this shoot, the applicant must also attend a half day (4-6 hour) consultation session with the beauty experts, to be held in a central London location to be announced.
    • The programme is to be filmed in a central London location, as defined by Max Factor. Travel expenses to and from London, for this event, are not included in the prize and must be covered by the applicant.
  4. Only one entry per person. Third party entries will be not be valid.
  5. The selected applicant will receive no payment to participate. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
  6. Procter & Gamble reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
  7. By entering the competition entrants agree to these terms and conditions. The selected applicant will also be required to sign a contract with P&G to cover all usage rights.
